FAQ

  • Make sure you’re using the same email you used to sign up.
  • Try resetting your password here: https://courses.consistentlocalleads.com/users/password/new.
  • If you still can’t access your account, please submit the support form below
  • Refresh the page or try another browser (we recommend Chrome).
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Try switching to a different device or internet connection.
  • If the problem continues, send us a screenshot via the support form.
  • Check your payment confirmation email.
  • Review your billing details under My Account (in the drop-down menu on your dashboard) → Billing or Order History.
  • If something looks incorrect, please submit the support form with details of the payment (date, amount, and method).
  • You can post in the course discussion area which corresponds with the lesson you are referring to (if enabled). Click the Discussions button which can be found in the top hand corner of the screen.
  • Or, use the support form and choose “General Question about the Course.”
